Graveside Services for Andrew Jack Stallcup, 76, of Tishomingo will be held on Thursday, February 17th, 2011 at 1:00 p. m. at the Lebanon Cemetery in Lebanon, Oklahoma. Mr. Stallcup passed away on February 10th, at the Mercy Memorial Health Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Jack was born on August 10th, 1934 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma to M. B. Stallcup and Ina Anita Moody Stallcup. He was raised in Kingfisher and was proud to serve his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict, entering the service at his young age of 17. After two years in Korea, he returned to the States to complete another 10 years of service. After his discharge, Jack worked at several occupations, prior to moving back to Oklahoma, where he spent his life mostly in the Lebanon, Madill and Tishomingo areas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Adair Salathiel, and Sandra Stallcup; two brothers, Waymond and Reno Stallcup.
He is survived by his children, Curtis Stallcup, Michael Stallcup, and Travis Stallcup, Connie Toy, Cindy Stallcup and Melissa Stallcup, all of Louisville, Kentucky and Michelle Stallcup of Oklahoma; Also, several grandchildren; his brother, George Stallcup of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; two sisters, Barbara Dake of Arlington, Texas and Lahanda Schimmel of Dallas; other relatives and friends.
